This allows players to explore and evaluate a game while ensuring fairness to game developers whose titles are being consumed.
If a game is unplayable due to technical issues not caused by your hardware or system configuration, and troubleshooting efforts have been unsuccessful, you may also qualify for a refund within the same 14-day window regardless of total playtime. Proof of the issue may be required.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Pre-ordered games can be refunded at any time prior to the release date. After release, the standard 14-day/2-hour policy applies. This ensures that players can confidently pre-order upcoming titles without risk, while still offering protection in the event the game does not meet expectations after launch.
We support early access development to give players a chance to participate in shaping games before final release. Refunds for early access titles are subject to the same rules as full releases. However, we encourage users to read descriptions carefully and understand that early access games are still in development and may contain bugs or incomplete features.
If you purchase a bundle or package containing multiple games, a partial refund may be granted only for eligible titles within the bundle that meet the refund criteria. Items that have been played for more than 2 hours or are past the 14-day window will not be refunded.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. In some cases, you may choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse of the policy. This includes, but is not limited to, frequent refund requests, attempting to refund a completed game, or misrepresenting the reason for the request. The refund system is intended to ensure fairness, not as a trial mechanism for finishing entire games without payment.
